Stress discussion question. How do you usually cope with stress?

How I usually cope with stress

People are stressed out for one reason or another in a modern society. I sometimes get stressed as well and I have some ways to release my stress. Let me tell you those.
First, I usually cope with stress by sleeping. Stress makes me tired and leads me to sleep. After a good sleep I forget what makes me stressed and feel refreshed. However this way has a negative effect. The thing which gives me the most stress in my life is a test. I get stressed when I prepare for tests. I have to study right before tests but as I mentioned, stress makes me tired. Therefore I cannot cram for tests and study during the exam weeks. That is why I study as much as I can before the weeks.
Second, I usually go and drink coke when I feel tired or stressed and just sit in a fast food restaurant and think about things.
That really works and I recommend it. I am not sure but I believe that sugar lowers our stress level. Plus, sitting alone and thinking things makes me calm.
These are how I shake off my stress.

How does stress affect you emotionally?
When I am stressed, I become too sensitive. I am sensitive even when I am not stressed. I do not want others to talk to me when I am stressed and I do not want to hear anything from them.  I want to be alone. So, do not talk to me when I am stressed out. Just leave me alone. Do not even say “are you okay” I might say back “don’t care about me”. I do not easily get stressed. Do not worry.

About my recording.

First of all, I found that I didn't stand still while speaking.
It causes listeners inconvenience so I thought I have to correct it.
Second, when I started I didn’t know how to start. I could have said “Hi, I am going to tell you how I have changed for the last 5 years.”
Third, I said the same things over again. It didn’t sound good. I was thinking what to say while saying the same things. I had better say “well… you know,, um…” .
Forth, handling my eyes and hands.
I didn’t look at the camera. Next time, I will look at the camera and say.
I will not rub my hands next time.

Specifically I want to improve my speaking behavior. I didn't look confident and calm in the recording. I will try to improve myself. !!!

Which Language to Learn? What the Experts Say

Which Language to Learn? What the Experts Say: Which language to learn? A good question to ask: English, Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic? Discover the pros and cons of each one.

Since we are working to be an English interpreter or translater, this article would be interesting for us.

And I think you had better learn one more language other than English. So, it is helpful when you choose your third language to learn. For your information, I have been learning Japanese but it is not powerful in the world according to this article.

Plue, in my opinion, learning Russian would be a good choice. I have some Russian friends, and some from Central Asia. They speak Russian but They don't speak English. I can read Russian alphabet. it's different from Englsih. English is the lingua franca but in fact people who speak Russian, they do not want to study English. I have talked to one of my friend who does not speak English but Russian. She said she does not like America that is why she does not try to learn their language. We all know Russsia and the U.S. are rivals in the world and those two are the most powerful countries.

So, there are many people who speak English but Russian and vice versa. After I finish school work and get a job, I am going to learn Russian. Now I have to be focused on English because I need at least one thing for my meal ticket.

Which language would you like to learn ?
